Service Team Leader
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Operation Manager
Purpose of the job: The main job function is to lead the service
team to ensure that Aggreko equipment are installed and
commissioned in accordance to Aggreko standard while providing
first class service to our customers, at the same time to ensure
that all equipment is maintained and serviced in line with Aggreko
policy and procedure.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customer to
solve technical problems via phone or emails
- Maintenance and servicing of
all equipment in accordance with Aggreko service
procedures.
- Response to field equipment
breakdowns (in and out of hours), assign service technicians for
troubleshooting and repair, if necessary.
- Ensure equipment installed
and commissioned according to Aggreko stanard to minimise equipment
breakdown rates.
- Site installation
supervision (to designed site layout), commissioning and
decommissioning to Aggreko standards.
- Support all equipment hires
with electrical and mechanical assistance when
required.
- Conduct customer site
visits, propose sizing of equipment and ancillaries for
potential orders.
- Planning and scheduling of
work activies for field service technicians
- Manage and appraise service
technicians
- To assist complete repairs
to maximise utilisation rates in line with corporate
objectives.
- Minimise the number of
rental equipment under repair & awaiting
inspection.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
both externally & internally.
- Provide support and training
to workshop service technicians, when necessary.
- Compliance to Aggreko
procedures certified to ISO standards.
- Ensure compliance with the
Aggreko 24 hour call – out policy.
- Ensure all service &
repairs are carried out to Aggreko QHSE standards
- Planning and scheduling of
work activities for workshop technicians
Job Requirements:
- Degree , preferably in Electrical & Mechanical
Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
