Trading Statement half year ending 30th June 2008
The 33,000 ton platform, built by Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI), is now ready to mobilise to its offshore destination and Aggreko will continue to provide power whist the platform is in transit and for the initial period on location.

Aggreko was responsible for the supply of power to both the National Stadium and the International Broadcast Centre, which was responsible for transmitting the ceremony to an estimated 4 billion viewers worldwide as well as 100,000 people in the stadium.
Aggreko announced that it has strengthened its Canadian presence by acquiring all the assets of Power Plus Rental and Sales.
